Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for contraceptive devices and OTC products in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, competitive positioning, and unmet needs in the reproductive health market.
  • Lead product positioning, branding, and messaging tailored to both healthcare professionals and direct-to-consumer (DTC) audiences.
  • Manage product launch plans and promotional campaigns across multiple channels including retail, e-commerce, pharmacies, clinics, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory, R&D, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment and product success.
  • Develop marketing materials and consumer education content (e.g., brochures, packaging, digital assets, in-store materials) ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media, with a strong focus on consumer engagement.
  • Track KPIs, analyze marketing performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Work with agencies, vendors, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, advertising codes, and internal SOPs (including for Class II medical devices and OTC marketing standards).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Medical, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer healthcare (OTC) industry.
