Pharmacy Chain Supervisor

Now, DKT is one of the world’s largest private providers of family planning products and is a leading multinational company that produces pharmaceutical and OTC products.

DKT Egypt/MENA is expanding. We are hiring a Medical Representative. This position is mainly responsible for implementing a sales/marketing action plan within the assigned area and working to increase the awareness and use of the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products. The position Also Increases product awareness and sales, answers queries, provides advice, and introduces new products.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Performance Management

  • Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets, ensuring proper distribution across all brands and pharmacy branches.
  • Confirm alignment of execution with the company’s strategic goals and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activity.

Pharmacy Chain Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders across all assigned pharmacy chains.
  • Conduct regular visits to pharmacy branches to monitor implementation of activities, assess visibility, and ensure availability of products.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy purchasing departments and branch managers to ensure smooth order flow and stock management.

Marketing and Brand Visibility

  • Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, promotions, and visibility campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Department.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, promotional compliance, and brand presence across all pharmacy branches.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in marketing strategy.

Contract and Commercial Management

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with pharmacy chains in line with company policies and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all commercial agreements are implemented effectively and followed up on regularly.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing pharmacy networks.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly reports on sales results, marketing activities, customer interactions, and branch-level performance.
  • Track and follow up on the execution of finalized tasks and commitments with each pharmacy chain
  • Provide feedback to support forecasting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

General Administrative Duties

  • Preparing daily/ weekly & monthly reports concerning the activities and achievements to be submitted to the Field Force Manager for review.

Qualifications need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical field, sales, or retail chain supervision.
  • Proven experience in managing pharmacy chain accounts and ensuring listing, visibility, and stock availability.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
